Bindi Irwin announced a break from social media three months after giving birth to daughter Grace Warrior, sharing "I need some time to focus on the happiness that is my family.".

I’m taking a break from social media and most of my work in the public eye for a month to be with my beautiful daughter and my wonderful family," she wrote, adding that she's "tremendously grateful to share our life and conservation work with you.".

The new mom went on to share that she's recently had conversations with people about the ways that they've gone about protecting their mental health.
