Thirty-nine new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Humboldt County since the most recent report on Thursday.

The total number of county residents who have tested positive for the virus now stands at 4,499.

Six county residents have been hospitalized with COVID-19 since Thursday’s report, including two people in their 50s, one in their 60s, two in their 70s and one over the age of 80.

Since the last update of weekly data on June 14, Humboldt County has seen 65 cases of COVID-19.

Humboldt County Public Health will offer the Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer vaccines at clinics scheduled this week in Eureka, Redcrest and Bridgeville.

Eureka – Wednesday, June 23 – 2 to 6 p.m.

Redcrest – Thursday, June 24 – Noon to 3:30 p.m.
