Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Can Make an Insane Amount of Money for Simply Appearing at Events

Emerging details of Megxit have been dominating the headlines for the past few weeks. Ever since early January, there have been so many unanswered questions regarding Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s resignation as senior members of the royal family.

Fans everywhere want to know what will happen next, how they plan to be financially independent and even if we can ever again expect to see them at royal events. It seems that Meghan and Prince Harry are all the rage right now, and naturally, there is so much speculation about everything. We do know that they decided to step down from their positions in search of a quieter, more peaceful life.

For months, Meghan and Prince Harry have been under media scrutiny, and it has been unfair to them, to say the least. Since they will no longer be known as “their royal highnesses,” they have not only escaped the spotlight, but they also don’t have to adhere as closely to the strict rules that they had to follow as members of the monarchy.

Since it is well-known that the couple will no longer be receiving funding from the Sovereign Grant, let’s talk about how Meghan and Prince Harry can make an insane amount of money for simply appearing at events.

“After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution. We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen. It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment. We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages. This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity. We look forward to sharing the full details of this exciting next step in due course, as we continue to collaborate with Her Majesty The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Cambridge and all relevant parties. Until then, please accept our deepest thanks for your continued support.” – The Duke and Duchess of Sussex For more information, please visit sussexroyal.com (link in bio) Image © PA

Royal life may seem glamorous, but for Meghan and Prince Harry, it was anything but that. Meghan, especially, was constantly being criticized by the relentless British tabloids, who tore her apart for things such as her family situation to her skills as a new mother to Baby Archie.

As anyone can imagine, it caused a great deal of stress for Meghan and Prince Harry, who voiced their desire for privacy. At one point, things even got so intense Prince Harry felt obligated to release a statement regarding Meghan’s safety.

We have to say that we can’t blame him for doing so. After all, he lost his mother, Princess Diana, over 20 years ago while she was being chased by photographers. It really comes as no surprise that Prince Harry feels overly protective of his beloved wife.

In recent years, Meghan and Prince Harry have become two of the most popular royals ever. They have a huge fan base, and so many people are sad to see them leaving the royal family.

Since the royal wedding a few years ago, Meghan and Prince Harry have been carrying out royal duties on behalf of Queen Elizabeth, and were known as “working royals.’

Now that they are entering the next chapter of their lives, they won’t be receiving taxpayer money, but that doesn’t mean that their earning potential isn’t huge. According to The Daily Mail, Meghan and Prince Harry will be raking in enormous paychecks post-Megxit, and their net worth will reach incredible new levels.

Earlier today @edward_enninful, the Editor in Chief of @britishvogue shared: “#ForcesForChange, guest edited by The Duchess of Sussex @SussexRoyal, was our fastest-selling issue in the history of #BritishVogue ( sold out in 10 days) and the biggest-selling issue of the past decade. I can't wait to see what 2020 has in store…” • To celebrate, we wanted to share this never before seen video behind the scenes with Edward and The Duchess of Sussex on the creation of this special issue. Please note, this was filmed last August in London. Congratulations to all of those who took part in the 2019 September issue, and huge thanks to those who supported and helped make this a success! So, how will Prince Harry and Meghan be earning their money once Megxit is final? Harper’s Bazaar reports that they will be paid simply to appear at events. Jeff Jacobson, co-founder of the Talent Bureau speaking agency, says the duke and duchess could rake in more than $100,000 per appearance. Prince Harry, in particular, could receive $500,000 per appearance.

A celebrity endorsement company that has relationships with several high-profile people, claims that they are already planning appearances for the couple and that some events are already in the works. Although the company has said that they are working with Meghan and Prince Harry, Buckingham Palace denies that it is true.

While it has been confirmed that Meghan will be doing a voiceover with Disney for charity, as well as a wedding reality show, it remains to be seen as to what lucrative paid appearances they will make in the future.
