Britney Spears' former best friend Sean Phillip has accused her father Jamie Spears of having "no compassion" and enabling Britney's drug addiction, among other claims.

Speaking exclusively with The Sun, Phillip, who met the now 39-year-old pop icon in 2003, said that Jamie, 69, spent years "milking the Britney cash cow.".

Britney told the court on June 23 in a damning 24-minute testimony that she wants Jamie, who controls her estate under a restrictive conservatorship, prosecuted for his alleged "abuse.".
