On Wednesday, Lambton Public Health reported the rate of infection per 100,000 population increased to 51.1 for the week of November 28 to December 4, from 37.4 the week before.
Lambton Public Health said 75 per cent of the eligible population aged five and up are fully vaccinated while 79 per cent have received one shot.
