Huge driving licence change announced which could impact all motorists - Gloucestershire Live

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is preparing to launch new digital licences, which could result in the plastic versions being made redundant.

The new technology will soon be available as mobile provisional licences for learners, which can be accessed on an app, the Daily Record reports.
