The former Watford FC chairman and lifelong Hornets fan will be performing at Vicarage Road on Sunday and Monday and several hundred extra tickets have now been made available for each night.
This will be the fourth time Sir Elton has played at the club with whom he will always be synonymous, having convinced a young manager named Graham Taylor to move from Lincoln City to move to Vicarage Road in 1977.
The club’s Honorary Life-President first performed at Vicarage Road in 1974, returning in 2005 and his last concert at the stadium was in 2010.
He opened Hyde Park with crowd favourite Bennie And The Jets before a setlist of more than 20 songs from his collection, including the likes of Rocket Man, Tiny Dancer and his first hit, Your Song, and concluding with Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
