A Closer Look At The Small Battlefield Stage In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Nintendo Life

Super Smash Bros.

The highlight, as already noted, is the new smaller-size battlefield stage!

Its out of nowhere, but Small Battlefield has been added.

When fighting 1 on 1, Battlefield feels a bit wide, and Final Destination feels like it's lacking.

At the same time we widen the music selection for the Battlefield type stages, making all the music available.

I actually like this layout a lot more than the regular Battlefield.

Too bad it's not available in other visual styles like the regular one, but I guess the expanded music options help a bit.

The music selection is definitely the highlight here.

They made a good call on the music tracks.

It's much easier to do that than to make a Small Battlefield variant for every other stage.

But at some point I got used to it that all the Nintendo people mean Mario Kart.

Pretty cool to use all the music!

Things are not going as planned for the Smash Bros team.

I hope we get more small updates like this in the future.

They took out all my fav tracks from the Wii u version when they made ultimate, so I already could careless about the current selection

Until then, I still like the Wii u s smash music selection better

Gotta go back to Smash and pick my favorite tracks for Battlefield and Final Destination

the expanded music selection is a great touch, so many songs go underlooked with stage restrictions

i really hope they eventually make mini battlefield available for all stages soon, this is a great extra pillar for competitive variety
