Alabama added another 1,269 COVID-19 cases in the past day.

numbers show the state’s current coronavirus total is 187,706.

Of the daily increase, 941 were confirmed COVID-19 cases, 328 were probable.

Nineteen deaths were added, bringing the state’s total to 2,911.

The state’s hospitalization total hit 1,001 yesterday, the first time it has been over 1,000 since the end of August.

Monday’s hospitalization total was 967.

In total, there have been 1,320,306 diagnostic tests and 63,860 antibody tests in Alabama.

Of those tests, 96,750 diagnostic tests were performed in the last two weeks with 20,057 positive.
