Dallas County reported 290 new coronavirus cases Friday, as well as 40 more deaths from COVID-19.
According to the state, 250,550 people in Dallas County have received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, while 104,459 are fully vaccinated.
Across the state, 2,937 more cases were reported Friday, including 2,791 new cases and 146 older ones recently reported by labs.
The state’s case total is now 2,577,131, including 2,236,776 confirmed and 340,355 probable.
According to the state, 3,047,251 people in Texas have received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, while 1,278,101 are fully vaccinated.
Tarrant County reported 765 coronavirus cases and 42 deaths Friday.
According to the state, 180,391 people in Tarrant County have received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, while 94,930 are fully vaccinated.
The state added 115 coronavirus cases and two deaths to Collin County’s totals Friday.
Of the new cases, 68 were confirmed and 47 were probable.
According to the state, 116,970 people in Collin County have received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, while 39,179 are fully vaccinated.
The county last reported 60,167 total cases — 46,439 confirmed and 13,728 probable.
According to the state, 64,055 people in Denton County have received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, while 26,785 are fully vaccinated.
