Young accused Dre - real name Andre - of years of violent physical and emotional abuse through their nearly two-and-a-half decades together.

Dre's estranged wife Nicole Young was seen outside of her LA home on Wednesday, shortly after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed she has accused the music mogul of years of abuse in shocking new divorce documents.

'It is misleading, revolting and insulting for Andre to suggest that I have not been abused because, as a victim of relentless abuse and isolation, I did not create and maintain a contemporaneous record of the abuse inflicted on me.

Nicole has accused Dre of 'rampant and repeated marital misconduct' and she has filed legal documents wanting to know if he had fathered a child outside their marriage.

Nicole's lawyers have launched a campaign to have Dre's attorney, acclaimed LA divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, disqualified from the case because Wasser is now working with another lawyer who used to work for Nicole and Dre when they were together

In legal documents found by DailyMail.com, Nicole's attorney, Samantha Spector, asked a judge to bar Wasser, saying that Howard King and his legal firm, including Peter Paterno, had represented both Nicole and Dre from the creation of a joint trust in April 1996 a month before they were married, through further lawsuits and real estate transactions up till 2020

In a 2018 letter, King identified himself as 'the Young Family attorney', said Spector - who added that in 1996, King had even 'provided legal counsel to Andre regarding a potential premarital agreement with Nicole.'

'Nicole reasonably believed that King and the King firm represented her and Andre jointly, said Spector. 

'Nicole has now learned that after she filed her petition for dissolution of marriage, King has provided legal services to Andre regarding the dissolution in ongoing, close association with the Wasser firm

'King has been active in working adverse to his former client, petitioner Nicole Young and in conjunction with Wasser, Cooperman and Mandles (the Wasser Firm) since the inception of the dissolution case in June 2020

Accordingly, both the King Firm and the Wasser firm should be disqualified from further litigating this dispute and barred from providing any legal services to respondent, Andre Young, relating to this action
