Fox Fall Premiere Dates: ‘Masked Singer’, ‘9-1-1’, Animation Domination, Three New Series & More - Deadline

Fox has revealed fall premiere dates for its new and returning series, including the debut of avatar singing competition Alter Ego in the plum post-Masked Singer slot, along with rookie dramas The Big Leap and Our Kind of People.

Monday, September 20, with the Season 5 premiere of 9-1-1, starring Angela Bassett, Peter Krause and Jennifer Love Hewitt, followed by the series debut of ballet dramedy The Big Leap, featuring Scott Foley, Teri Polo and Piper Perabo and based on the British series Big Ballet.

Tuesday, September 21, will see a similar pattern of a fifth-season premiere followed by a drama series debut: The Matt Czuchry-Emily VanCamp medical drama The Resident scrubs in at 8 p.m., leading into Our Kind of People, starring Yaya DeCosta and Morris Chestnut.

The games begin on Wednesday, September 21, with the Season 6 premiere of The Masked Singer, followed by the new singing-competition Alter Ego, in which contestants create their dream avatar to perform in the way they’ve always wanted to be seen.
