GOP underdog on his victory over top Democrat: 'Folks were fed up in New York with one-party rule'

New York congressman-elect Mike Lawler joins 'Sunday Night in America' to discuss Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's bid for speaker and defeating DCCC chair Sean Patrick Maloney.

Regarding any Republican detractors from McCarthy, he advised representatives to focus primarily on agenda, not conflicts.
