The 34-year-old fashion designer's evening with the former investment banker marks her first public date since finalizing her divorce from Olivier Sarkozy last month.  .

The former couple's settlement was signed off by a judge at the New York Supreme Court on Monday, January 25, US Weekly first reported. 

Michael Mosberg, attorney for father-of-two Sarkozy, told the New York Supreme Court at that earlier hearing 'the deal is now done'.
