Hot on the heels of Season One’s arrival, Warner Bros.

Finn is getting nerfed.

MultiVersus’ Season 1 Patch arrives in two parts.

Bugs Bunny is at the top of the nerf list, providing some long-overdue solace to players who have spent the last couple of weeks getting their asses kicked by him.

“Bugs Bunny is a bit too safe in everything he does,” the developers at Player First Games write.

“We’ve given him some additional whiff punish windows to help address this.” Just over a week after Bugs dominated at EVO 2022, the unstoppable cartoon freak has had both of his double rocket cheats patched out, as well as his multiple safe spawning exploit.

All of these balance changes and more come alongside an overhauled Season 1 battle pass whose missions to unlock cosmetics and other rewards will now be a little less arduous.

Fighting against Finn felt too difficult as Finn felt a bit too safe and could throw out attacks without much fear of a punish due to how quickly he recovered

Hurt/Hit box foundational updates are coming soon, but will not be in this patch

Shaggy’s Side Special felt a little too unpunishable, so we’ve added a bit of Whiff Recovery
