The No Way Home trailer revealed that all of its multiversal villains are fated to die, meeting their ends from the non-MCU Spider-Man films.

The release of the full-length trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home revealed that the movie's assortment of villains plucked from the cinematic multiverse -- from Alfred Molina's Doctor Octopus to Jamie Foxx's Electro -- are all fated to die at the hands of Spider-Man back in their respective worlds.

When Jamie Foxx played Max Dillon in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, he resembled his blue-skinned counterpart from the Ultimate Comics universe and died from an electrical overload triggered by Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker and Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy.

Revealed in Spider-Man 3 as the true killer of Cliff Robertson's Uncle Ben, Maguire's Peter tried to exact murderous revenge on him in their initial encounter, but ultimately forgave him and allowed him to escape after the final battle.
