Reynolds says hospitals have enough resources to handle COVID-19 spike - KCCI Des Moines

Kim Reynolds on Thursday said hospitals are telling her they have enough resources to handle the influx of coronavirus patients as the state reported a new record this week.

“Our overall goal, obviously, is to bring that number down, make sure we have the resources, the beds, the ICU's, the vents, to take care of not only the COVID patients, but the other patients that need to utilize the hospitals,” Reynolds said.
