“Codename Nightmare,” a special gameplay event that Ubisoft teased for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 back in September, has been cancelled.

Codename Nightmare was teased during the Ubisoft Forward event in September, at the end of a trailer for the “The Summit,” a game mode that rolled out on Sept.

Massive Entertainment shared few other details about Codename Nightmare, except that it would be set in the largely unused Kenley College area of The Division 2’s Washington D.C., and would begin this winter.

2 patch that brings the Codename Nightmare apparel will also unlock the framerate on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, meaning those consoles will be able to deliver 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.
