Tropical Depression Twenty-Eight forms in Caribbean, moving into Gulf next week - WDSU New Orleans

It is forecast to become a tropical storm on Sunday and a hurricane by Tuesday before weakening as it approaches the northern Gulf coast Wednesday.

The next name is Zeta, and would be the 27th named storm of the season.
