Jennifer Sink, Chief Legal Officer for the city, said that the “premature release of the video and audio could compromise our administrative investigation” into his fatal beating.

The officers were suspended or reprimanded for their failure to report when they used physical force, alleged incidents or domestic violence, or for damages sustained to their squad cruisers.
