Covid-19 Hits Indian Delegation Attending London G-7 Meeting - The Wall Street Journal

LONDON—A meeting of the foreign ministers of the Group of Seven in London suffered a Covid-19 scare when the delegation from India went into self-isolation after two officials tested positive, pointing to the challenges of organizing such events while the virus continues to circulate.

Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar tweeted Wednesday morning that he would be conducting meetings “in virtual mode” after being made aware of possible Covid-19 cases in his delegation.

A British official said two Indian officials had tested positive and the whole delegation was isolating in a hotel.
