It marks the second-ever crewed flight of a SpaceX spacecraft.Earlier this week, Glover also tweeted a photo of his "new home," where he will spend the upcoming months working from the International Space Station.While more than a dozen Black Americans have traveled to space since Guion Bluford became the first to do so in 1983, Glover is the first Black full-time crew member on the ISS.The spacecraft soared into outer space from Florida's Kennedy Space Center -- marking the kick off of what NASA hopes will be years of the company helping to keep the International Space Station fully staffed.
