Malakai Black took to social media to deny reports he had been granted a release from AEW.
Black went live on Instagram Monday night, denying reports about being granted a conditional release.He pointed to his original comments on September 18 about taking time off, saying he had put the word “release” in quotation marks.
He said that he had been given time off by Tony Khan, and speculation about his release being "confirmed" was not true.“I’ve been given time off by Tony Khan to take care of a bunch of stuff.
