Tipster @harukaze5719 shared what appears to be a list of upcoming NVIDIA Ampere powered laptops, with GeForce RTX 3000 series graphics cards running alongside Intel Comet Lake H processors.

The spreadsheet shows a number of alleged mobile Ampere chips, including Max-Q and Max-P editions of the GeForce RTX 3080, GeForce RTX 3070, and GeForce RTX 3060.

The GeForce RTX 3080 and GeForce RTX 3090 deliver phenomenal 4K gaming performance, but at the cost of drawing immense amounts of power.
