So, Here's How Harry and Meghan Could Cause "Chaos" at the Coronation - Cosmopolitan

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly been pushing for some changes to their family's proposed role in the coronation before agreeing to RSVP, and the Palace is stressed that straight up "chaos" could ensue.

After King Charles has been crowned, the royals are expected to gather on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to wave to the crowd/give people time to take a bajillion or so pictures of them and Harry and Meghan have reportedly asked that they and their children, Archie and Lilibet, be included.

Since only working royals are currently expected to be invited to appear on the balcony, however, this is a pretty big ask and one that still doesn't seem super likely to be granted.

Archie and Lilibet aren't expected to attend the actual coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey and Harry and Meghan are reportedly totally fine with them skipping that part of the festivities (since Archie and Lili are three and one, respectively, and would, in addition to not having any fun at all, be prone to "restlessness and tantrums," as the royal source put it).

"However, what the Sussexes are pushing for is for them to be included with the rest of the family at the Palace later that day," the source explained (per The Mirror).

"It's also Prince Archie's birthday on coronation day so they would like some kind of nod to that at a lunch or drinks reception," the insider added.
