Wallops Island rocket launch scrubbed for Sunday night - Delmarva Now

Set to launch from NASA Wallops no earlier than 8:02 p.m., the rocket may be visible from the Atlantic coast to the Mississippi.

Black Brant XII, carrying the KiNET-X payload, is a four-stage sounding rocket that can reach altitudes over 200 miles above Earth's surface, according to NASA Wallops Flight Facility.
