Drew Barrymore reunited with ex-husband Tom Green for the first time in nearly two decades on the set of her eponymous talk show Tuesday.
"That was so exciting getting to do that movie with you," Green told Barrymore last year, during a remote appearance on "The Drew Barrymore Show."
