5 dead, at least 30 infected with COVID-19 in Chelmsford nursing home outbreak - WCVB Boston

In an update posted to the facility's website on Wednesday, Sunny Acres administrator Jeff Schwartz has been working closely with the DPH and the Chelmsford Board of Health after routine COVID-19 testing conducted in late September revealed that several residents had tested positive for the virus.

"The good news is that many of our residents have moved past their 14 day isolation period, and on the road to recovery," Schwartz wrote Wednesday.

"We are monitoring their progress very closely.".
