Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson confirmed they were casually dating in September 2016.

The family relocated to Los Angeles for the summer and seemed to be making things work, but when Thompson returned to Cleveland as basketball season ramped back up, Kardashian and True stayed behind.

Kardashian and Thompson split in the aftermath, and Kardashian went on an angry tear, insisting Woods was lying about the level of intimacy and blaming her for wrecking her home.

When episodes of KUWTK featured Kim Kardashian — who was especially angry at Thompson following the breakup — saying kind things about him, many fans guessed that the pair had secretly reunited and that the show was laying the groundwork for announcing that fact
