Grease is still the word for Nine - TV Tonight

Networks revamped their schedules last night following the sad passing of music icon Olivia Newton-John.

While breakfast TV and news bulletins went all out in coverage yesterday there was also room for nostalgia with Nine’s replay of Grease (1978) drawing 442,000 metro viewers and winning its timeslot, outranking Seven’s miniseries Olivia Newton-John: Hopelessly Devoted to You (221,000).

Nine News was 880,000 / 863,000 for Nine with A Current Affair winning at 708,000. Hot Seat was 402,000 / 228,000).

ABC News drew 575,000.

On SBS it was SBS World News (142,000 / 128,000) and Dateline (93,000).

News Breakfast: 122,000 / 63,000.

I think 7 might regret changing their schedule to show the Olivia miniseries
