Russia’s Investigative Committee has announced that the death toll for Friday night’s terror attack at the Crocus City Hall on the outskirts of Moscos has risen to at least 115, including three children.

The director of Russia’s federal security service (FSB) informed Vladimir Putin that 11 individuals had been arrested in connection with Friday’s terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall outside Moscow, including four suspects involved in the shooting.

A read-out of the call via the Kremlin press pool said the Uzbek leader strongly condemned the bloody terrorist attack and asked Putin to convey his words of support to the families of the victims and wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured.

Michael Kugelman, of the Washington-based Wilson Center, said ISKP “sees Russia as being complicit in activities that regularly oppress Muslims” and counts as members a number of central Asian militants with their own grievances against Moscow.
