The Orange County Health Care Agency reported 65 new cases of the coronavirus, as of Wednesday, Aug.

There were 12 new deaths reported in Orange County on Tuesday, raising the death toll at 665.

The state’s coronavirus dashboard reports there have been 140 deaths in Orange County in the last 14 days.

According to the California Department of Health, there have been at least 6,488 new cases of COVID-19 in Orange County in the last 14 days.

The state agency also reports 580 hospitalized patients in the last 14 days (suspected and positive) in 33 hospitals across the county as of Wednesday.

The state’s coronavirus-tracking dashboard shows Orange County had at least 34% of its ICU beds available on Tuesday.
