Tonight’s “Celebrating America” primetime special celebrating Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ inauguration came to a close with a performance from Katy Perry.

Her performance was framed by a truly enormous display of fireworks that surrounded the Washington Monument as Biden, Harris, and their families watched on.
